Following the publication of exam results, successful candidates can only join the school once all administrative formalities concerning their registration have been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the time of registration, candidates must supply a digital copy of each diploma (Baccalaureate or equivalent, art studies etc.), translated and certified as a true copy of the original by a sworn translator. They must also provide a certificate attesting to the level of the foreign diploma, a document which can be obtained from their home institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration fees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Registration fees are \u20ac438 for the 2024\u20132025 academic year. Students on scholarships are exempt from paying this sum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

School insurance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At the time of registration, students must provide a certificate of school insurance covering all risks. This insurance is compulsory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scholarships\/university housing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

French and international students whose parents have been registered for tax purposes in France for under two years, and who wish to obtain a scholarship or student housing, must apply uniquely via the dossier social \u00e9tudiant (DSE). The DSE must be filled out on a yearly basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prospective students must make their request between the 15 January and 30 April for entrance the following academic year, even before receiving their exam results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students at Villa Arson can apply for university lodging from the 1st year onwards depending on the number of places available through CROUS and their parents\u2019 resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Application for accommodation at Villa Arson<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The school puts 20 rooms at students\u2019 disposal: low-rent university lodging allocated according to social criteria by a commission that meets in early July 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
