The exhibition explores the theme of the garden, ranging from classical concepts to more experimental interpretations. The videos present different facets of the garden: from Secret Gardens, serving as personal refuges, to innovative representations where movement and image merge into a new experience.

Through animation and experimental techniques, new perspectives emerge, making the garden not only a physical landscape but also a metaphor for ideas, secrets, and spaces of creation.

The Performance

“A porous space where films and audience meet. No stage, no backstage; film changes, projector setups, photography, and sound performances are spontaneous and revealed. The process and its mechanisms are emphasized. Moving images, whether digital or analog, dialogue with installation, volume, drawing, music, or scenography. There are no boundaries between disciplines. The materiality of the image and its spatiality are thus highlighted. It is an experimental and expanded show”. Margot Genevelle

Participating Students

Eloïse Aubert, Alexis Chardonnet, Louane Devaux, Jieyi Dong, Yann Troon, Margot Generelle, Tatiana Lardy, Camille Nguyen The Hung, Paul Roger, Sara-Linh Trabelsi with Nora Beck, Heja Deniz and Jiaqui Shen.
